About Me
I am a recent UW-Milwaukee graduate with a B.S. in Information Science and Technology and a certificate in Cybersecurity.
I have four years of experience in customer service and four years in loss prevention, including the last three years as a
loss prevention supervisor. I also have one year of experience as an IT trainer and completed a six-month internship supporting
IT operations for the City of Racine.
Through these roles, I have developed strong problem-solving, communication, leadership, and documentation skills. My experience
has taught me how to investigate incidents, identify potential risks, troubleshoot technical issues, assist users with different
levels of technical knowledge, and remain composed while making decisions under pressure.
